Members of the Union Fire District are mourning today’s news of the passing of Hilding “Hilly” Munson, President and past Captain of the Snug Harbor Volunteer Fire Company. Hilly was revered for his long and dedicated service to Snug Harbor and the larger South Kingstown community.
